Boat Flash RTL Vs Noise Colorfit Pro 2: Detailed Analysis

Design And Build

The Boat Flash, instead of a square module, employs a new trend: a traditional circular dial. It has a round dial with a 45mm diameter and thin bezels around the screen. It is one of the lightest smartwatches in its price range when combined with the band.

The Boat Flash is made of high-quality materials. A single button is located on the right edge of the metal frame casing. The Smartwatch’s button can be used as a back button as well as to wake or sleep the screen. The button gives accurate feedback. I had no problems or itching while wearing the detachable strap, and the quality is good. If you spend the majority of your day in front of a computer, as I do, you’ll appreciate the convenience of this watch. If you don’t like black, there are also red and blue versions to choose from.

While the Noise ColorFit Pro 2 has a simple design and a square-shaped dial. The Pro 2 has touch support, unlike its predecessors, so swiping to the left will take you to the settings/modes. The three colors available are Jet Black, Teal Green, and Mist Grey. Our review unit is Jet Black in color. The silicone straps are not only comfortable but they can be adjusted to fit even the smallest wrists.

Display

Boat Flash RTL

It features a 1.3-inch color LCD touch screen with a resolution hidden on the display side. In my opinion, the display quality is adequate and justifies the price of Boat Flash RTL. Yes, the screen is bright enough and has a wide field of view. At this price, you’d expect it to struggle in bright sunlight.

The Noise ColorFit Pro 2 comes with a 1.3-inch (240 x 240) LCD touch screen. There is, however, no mention of screen protection. Keep in mind that the display is prone to smudges and fingerprints. The large bezel on both the top and bottom is disappointing.

The display is clear and bright enough in direct sunlight, the blacks are deep, and it consumes very little power. To be honest, the font and icon could have been improved. It comes with five pre-installed watch faces, none of which are particularly appealing. The brightness of the display screen can be adjusted. Other features include being notified when a phone call is made, reading basic notifications on the watch, and controlling music playback.

Performance

The Boat Flash Watch does an excellent job of tracking sleep, Spo2, and heart rate. Data from other fitness bands and smartwatches in the same price range is comparable. However, there are some issues, such as a lack of accuracy in the step tracking. A software precision adjustment will be required. It, too, lacks GPS support, but once connected, it can quickly connect to your smartphone’s GPS for your runs. The SpO2 sensor on the Boat Flash measures the level of oxygen saturation in your blood. However, when it comes to precision, things become a little more complicated.

On the other hand to improve the performance of Noise Colorfit 2, the company has added some new features to ColorFit Pro 2. During our testing, we discovered that the Noise ColorFit Pro 2 tracked steps and sleep reasonably well, if not accurately.

When compared to other similar-priced options like Boat Flash RTL, it is reasonable to say that our fitness band has a low margin of error. The accuracy of the heart rate monitor is an added bonus. However, because the watch lacks GPS, it cannot track your workout routes when you are outside. If you move around, the device makes no attempt to track your sleep (for example Bus, Train, or flight). In the shower, I used a water-resistant (IP68) version of it. The facility supports a variety of sporting activities, including jogging and cycling. The Noise Color Fit Pro2 has a battery life of 7-10 days, which we think is quite good.

Battery

Noise Colorfit Pro 2

A 200 mAh battery powers the Boat Flash. The manufacturer claims a battery life of 7 days with the heart rate monitor turned on and 9 days with the heart rate monitor turned off. During my brief time with it, using a heart rate monitor reduced the battery’s capacity from 100 percent to 80 percent (around 1-2 days). The battery life of the Boat Smartwatch is exceptional.

The boat has a simple but unique charging system for your convenience. Simply place or stick the charging port on the back of the watch, and it will adjust its charging points on the device’s back surface. Forget about untying the watch’s band from its strap in order to plug it in and charge it. The Watch Flash can be recharged in just two hours using a power bank, mobile charger, or laptop.

Its 210 mAh battery is adequate for the Noise ColorFit Pro 2’s price. Standby mode can be used for up to 45 days. If the wearer uses the watch every day, the battery life should last 7 to 10 days. In contrast, the Noise ColorFit Pro 2’s proprietary magnetic cradle is used to charge the device. It does, however, have a USB charging port. The Noise ColorFit Pro 2 charger takes about two hours to charge the watch.

Customer Review

Colorfit Pro 2

  • The watch is attractive, resembling an Apple Watch in 80 percent of its appearance. However, it is slightly smaller than an Apple Watch.
  • Although it looks nice, it does not include a volume control feature; instead, you can change the music via the watch.
  • At times, you may feel that it is lagging, but it is not; it runs on that type of operating system, but looks great. In general, it’s acceptable, but not exceptional.
  • The colour reproduction is excellent. The band is of good quality and is comfortable to wear for the duration of the day.

Boat Flash RTL

  • The appearance is excellent; it gives the impression that you are wearing an expensive watch. However, the sensor does not appear to be precise.
  • We’d argue that this flash watch from boat is the best in its class in terms of price, design, features, software, and custom watch faces.
  • A surprisingly large number of watch faces on the watch and in the cloud. I really enjoyed it. The bezel is made of metal, while the reverse is made of plastic with a carbon fibre pattern.
  • It performs as predicted. Water-resistance is excellent; you can easily shower while wearing it, which is a critical feature.

Boat Flash RTL Vs Noise Colorfit Pro 2: Final Verdict

If precision isn’t a concern, the Boat Flash Watch is an excellent buy at this price (a reasonable error margin is included). The Boat Smartwatch is an IP68-certified smartwatch with an IP68-certified smartwatch with an IP68-certified smartwatch with a large display. On the other hand, some connectivity and data synchronization issues will arise. The boat should be able to improve its step count accuracy after updating its app. Talking about Noise Colorfit Pro 2, because of its durable construction and replaceable straps, the Noise ColorFit Pro 2 is an excellent value at this price point. The interface, on the other hand, could have been better implemented. If you want a simple fitness tracker, the Noise ColorFit Pro 2 is an excellent choice. The Noise ColorFit Pro 2 is now available in Jet Black, Teal Green, and Mist Grey for Rs. 2999 on gonoise.com and Flipkart.
