Noise i1 Smart Glasses Review: Is It Worth Buying?

If you’re looking for a new pair of glasses to help you see better, the Noise i1 Smart Glasses may be a good option for you. These glasses use artificial intelligence to help you see better in dark or noisy environments, and they come with a built-in camera that can be used to take pictures or videos.

These autonomous smart glasses provide a new way to interact with alerts, calls, and other features. Augmented reality is a key feature of smart glasses. However, augmented reality glasses are expensive and may still be considered a novelty. There are also less expensive alternatives. Noise, which has a 23% market share in India for smartwatches in the first quarter of 2022, has released its first pair of eyeglasses. The official name for the product is Noise i1 Smart Glasses. It’s not as cutting-edge as your smart glasses, but it’s also not dull. In the earpiece of the i1, there is a built-in microphone and speaker. Furthermore, it is IPX4 resistant.

Noise i1 Smart Glasses Design

Are you living a life with constant noise? Do you feel exhausted after working long hours or traveling for work? If so, you are not alone. Too much noise can have serious consequences on your health and well-being.

Noise i1 Smart Glasses are designed to help you reduce the amount of noise in your day-to-day life. The glasses use a special noise reduction algorithm to reduce the amount of noise that you hear. This means that you can focus more easily and stay productive during busy times.

The Noise i1 smart glasses appear to be regular glasses. Our model, unlike others, is round. These glasses are easy to put on and take off thanks to their 47-gram frame weight.

Features

That is not something we agree with. The Noise i1 has no built-in voice assistant. These smart glasses, on the other hand, work with both Google Assistant and Siri, allowing you to make phone calls or play music simply by asking. The inability to use the “Hey Siri” or “Hey Google” catchphrases prevents hands-free operation. Simply tap the temple for an extended period of time to activate your phone’s voice assistant. Gestures can also be used to control music, adjust volume, and answer or reject phone calls. Every step of the procedure is simple. However, I’ve discovered that the glasses don’t always pick up on my gesture. It’s not a life-or-death situation, but you might have to repeat the gesture.

Controls

Touch controls for the Noise i1’s various features are conveniently located on the ears. Users can use these buttons to answer and reject calls, change songs, and activate voice assistants. Take calls with a single tap, adjust the volume with a slide, skip songs with two taps, and much more.

The Noise i1 Smart Glasses’ appearance can be customized

The Noise i1’s appearance, like yours, can be customized. Noise includes two lenses as part of the package. There are UVA and UVB protective lenses included, as well as a pair of transparent lenses that reduce the effects of blue light. The former is for people who spend a lot of time indoors in front of screens, while the latter is for people who have to go outside. I took my time and was cautious when changing the lenses. Although manually removing the lenses appears to be simple, I was concerned about using too much force. Following that, I was able to determine the amount of force required to successfully remove the lenses.

Functions

The transparent lenses of the smart glasses can be replaced with others to help reduce blue light exposure and eye strain. They claim to block out 99 per cent of UVA and UVB rays. The removal of the spectacles is similarly simple. To put it another way, those who want to can use the Noise i1 with Power as regular glasses. Their glasses’ lenses are easily replaceable.

Battery

Each temple of the frames houses a battery for the Noise i1 Smart Glasses. Noise claims that when the volume is set to 70%, the glasses can play music for up to nine hours on a single charge. Even at work, I would put on my smart glasses to listen to music or make a phone call. The Noise i1 handled 7 hours of continuous use with ease. Each temple has a charging port that accepts pogo pins, as well as a power supply with two sets of pins. Only in conjunction with another battery can the battery be charged.

How well do they work as everyday sunglasses?

The clear, interchangeable lenses of the smart glasses can be used to protect your eyes from harmful blue light and relieve eye strain. They claim to block out 99 percent of UVA and UVB rays. The removal of the spectacles is similarly simple. This enables users to wear the Noise i1 with Power every day if desired. Their glasses’ lenses are easily replaceable.

Noise i1 Smart Glasses Review: Final Verdict

With the i1, Noise has introduced the world’s first smart glasses. If this is Noise’s first attempt at releasing a finished product, they’ve done an excellent job. One of the best features is the versatility of the frame design, as the glasses will not look out of place in any social setting (something we have witnessed with similar products in the past). While answering calls from your sunglasses is certainly cool, the Noise i1 might not be the best product for listening to music or taking calls.
