Xiaomi, a Chinese electronics company, is well-known around the world for its high-quality, low-cost products. A few years ago, the company expanded into the laptop market. Xiaomi intends to release high-end laptops by 2021. When will the Xiaomi NoteBook Ultra be released? That will happen in August 2021! The laptop has a high tolerance quotient of features to handle more demanding applications.
The Realme Book and the Realme Book Prime, the company’s second laptop, are strikingly similar (Slim). Despite sharing an 11th-generation Intel processor, these two products are very different. The Realme Book (Slim), a newcomer, differs significantly from the Realme Book Prime in one important way.

Realme Book Prime vs Xiaomi Notebook Ultra: Detailed Analysis
Design and Build Quality
The Xiaomi Mi NoteBook Ultra has a 16-inch body and a 15.6-inch screen. This colour is dark grey metal, similar to the Space Grey on the MacBook Pro. The laptop’s components are entirely made of Aluminum Series 6. It appears to be of the highest quality, just like the MacBook Pro. I like how the laptop’s body has a subtle Xiaomi logo at the top.
These are straightforward and allow the laptop to retain its aesthetic appeal. Despite the fact that the laptop is thicker than I expected, the abundance of useful ports more than compensates. A 3.5mm audio jack, an HDMI port, and a few USB-A ports round out the available ports.
In comparison, the Realme Book Prime has a 2K Full Vision Display and a 14.9mm thin, lightweight body. Instead of the standard 16:10 or 16:9 screen, this laptop has a 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The device is powered by an Intel i5 11th-generation processor.
Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi NoteBook is available in three different price ranges in India:
- The Intel Core i5-11300H processor with 8GB RAM for Rs 59,999
- Rs 64,999 for an Intel Core i5-11300H processor with 16GB of RAM.
- 2) Rs. 77,999 for 16GB RAM + Intel Core i7-11370H
Weight: 1.7 kg, which is neither too heavy nor too light for a laptop. You could easily replace the 720p webcam on top with a 1080p one for a few dollars. The laptop even supports the most recent wireless connectivity standard, Wi-Fi 6. It has 512GB of SSD storage for storing and sharing files.
However, as an introductory offer for Realme Book Prime, Realme will sell the laptop for Rs 57,999 on the first day of sale, with an additional Rs 3,000 discount.
Performance
My heart belongs to the Xiaomi Mi NoteBook Ultra for its brilliant performance at this price point. My MacBook Air 2019 overheated while I was using Adobe Premiere Pro, so I switched to the Mi NoteBook Ultra.
I had no problems while using the Xiaomi Mi NoteBook Ultra. It never slowed down, and no applications failed. I was able to open up to eight tabs and use the WhatsApp desktop app simultaneously while Chrome was running in the background. I couldn’t be more pleased with the video rendering results.
In my opinion, the only things Xiaomi could have done better are the speakers and sound quality. The speakers are located at the bottom, as they are on the majority of Windows laptops. After listening to music and watching movies on the speakers, I’ll never use the Mi NoteBook Ultra without earphones again.
However, Realme Book Prime’s dual-fan storm cooling system improves performance. The laptop’s 54Wh battery, according to the manufacturer, can run locally stored videos for up to 11 hours. The battery has 65W Super-Fast Charge technology, which claims to charge the battery to 50% capacity in 30 minutes.

Keyboard Trackpad and Connectivity
Laptops would be incomplete without a trackpad and keyboard, which are essential to me. Someone like me spends hours per day typing. As a result, instead of listening to music or watching videos, I’m typing.
The Mi Notebook Ultra has a large trackpad. A Windows laptop should not behave in this manner. The trackpad supports a number of gestures. One of the best trackpads I’ve ever used on a Windows laptop.
Unlike the Realme Book Prime, it has a USB-xx port on the right side as well as a headphone jack for connectivity and ports. On the left side of the laptop, there is a Thunderbolt 4 port and a Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port. The laptop also includes DTS stereo sound. The Realme Book Prime’s vapour chamber liquid cooling technology, which includes dual fans, keeps it cool even under heavy workloads.
Specifications
The Mi Notebook Ultra has an Intel i5 processor and 16GB of RAM; I’m using Intel iRISxe graphics. The graphics and multi-player online connectivity of almost all popular games should be supported by the laptop.
The laptop still has Windows 10 Home edition installed. Despite Xiaomi’s offer of a free upgrade to Windows 11, I decided not to take advantage of it because I am happy with Windows 10.
In comparison, the Realme Book Prime includes an Intel Core i5 -11320H processor, Ultra HD 2K Full Vision, and Intel Iris X graphics. The laptop’s hardware, which includes 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage, is powered by a 12-hour battery pack. You can charge other devices while using the 65W Type-C PD charger.

At this price point, the Mi NoteBook Ultra is the only laptop on the market that comes close to matching Xiaomi’s specifications and features. This laptop contains everything I require.
