Design
Although we were able to study the design of the Phone (1) in Nothing’s official press imagery prior to its release, holding the device in our hands is unquestionably a more immersive experience.
Because of its straight-sided metal frame, rounded corners, flat front and back, and dual rear camera placement, the Phone (1)’s overall design is strikingly similar to Apple’s iPhone 12; simply scale it up and run it through an X-ray machine, and there you have it! You might be wondering, “Why an X-ray machine?” because the back of the Phone (1) is transparent.
Display
The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G has an AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Nothing Phone 1 has a 6.5-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. Both devices, which are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, can play HDD10+ content.
Camera
The Nothing Phone s 1 has two 50-megapixel cameras. The secondary sensor and OIS support in the primary camera allow for the capture of macro and ultra-wide photos. A 16-megapixel front-facing camera is included with the Nothing Phone.
The OnePlus Nord 2T features Sony’s IMX 766 50-megapixel sensor with OIS. The Nord 2T features an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor as well as a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The Nord 2T’s selfie camera is a 32-megapixel shooter.

The OnePlus Nord 2T and OnePlus Nord 2T+ are both available. The 8 GB RAM model costs Rs 28,999, while the 12 GB RAM model with 256 GB storage costs Rs 33,999.
Screen
AMOLED screens have become almost universal for phones over a certain price point, and both companies deliver on this promise. The Nord 2T’s slightly smaller 6.43in the panel has slightly more pixels per inch if you have an eye for detail. Both should produce crisp, fine details and vibrant colors. Some might prefer the slightly smaller display of the OnePlus.
In terms of performance, the refresh rate makes the most difference. The Nord 2T has a 90Hz frequency limit, but the Nothing Phone 1 has a 120Hz frequency limit. When it comes to specs, nothing beats Nothing, but you’d have to compare them side by side to tell the difference in normal use.
Performance
The Snapdragon 778G+ CPU in the Nothing Phone 1 is also no slouch. Most games should be playable at Full HD+ resolution with a few detail settings turned down, thanks to an eight-core processor and Android 12.
The OnePlus Nord 2T, on the other hand, outperforms the competition thanks to its MediaTek processor. Despite the fact that this isn’t a flagship chip, it has improved multitasking capabilities and higher game frame rates. You get a little more performance for your money with this phone than you would with the Nothing phone.
